Abstract:
为减少煤粉锅炉炉膛出口NOx含量以达到工业排放要求,以Fluent软件为计算平台,对某公司蒸发量为400 t/h的四角切圆煤粉锅炉炉内速度场、温度场及NOx浓度场进行仿真研究.结果表明,均等配风为最佳二次风配风方式;均等配风方式下,燃尽风风量占二次风风量为20%是最佳优化工况,最佳优化工况炉膛出口NOx含量降低了11.50%,且满足炉内燃烧要求.
