Abstract: 自阿里巴巴旗下的天猫国际上线以来,天猫国际已成为国内消费者从网上购买国外商品的重要渠道,其发展迅猛,成绩显著。但是基于消费者视角下进行分析,也发现它存在物流风险大、速度慢、产品种类单一、质量参差不齐、售后服务没有保障等问题。本文在此基础上提出开发自营类产品、完善跨境运费险、增加互动体验机制等多方面完善路劲,从而有利于天猫国际的快速发展。
