Abstract: 采用ANSYS非线性有限元法,对主方支圆K型搭接节点的搭接率Ov、支主管径宽比β、支主管厚度比τ、主管宽厚比y及支主管夹角θ等几何参数关于此类节点极限承载力的影响进行数值分析,得到Ov-p、pP、rP、yP、P的关系图.研究表明,不论是贯通支管受拉还是受压,各参数与承载力的关系在隐藏焊缝焊接与不焊接情况下总体变化趋势是一致的;隐藏焊缝焊接节点的承载力高出隐藏焊缝不焊接的节点10%左右;随着参数Ov、β、τ的增加,节点的极限承载力呈线性增加;随着参数θ的增加,节点的极限承载力呈下降趋势;各参数中,搭接率是影响隐藏焊缝焊接与否的关键参数.
