Abstract: The optimization and reconstruction of management mode and concept regarding regional tourism in?dustrial agglomeration area have been greatly promoted by industrial convergence recently. The corresponding process management, collaborative management, cultural management and risk management should be standard?ized based on the advantages of local resource and regional industries'specialties (such as the first, the second and the third industry) of the tourism industry. A market management system, a custom management system, an interests sharing system and a profit management system serving for regional tourism industrious agglomeration area should be set up as well. The final goal of establishing a brand value and broad participation with a win-win mode of regional tourism industry should be achieved via implementing such strategies.
