Abstract: 目的探讨弓形虫感染与脑出血的相关性.方法采用ELISA方法,对43例急性脑出血患者(脑出血组)和51例非神经系统疾病患者(对照组)于起病1周内静脉采血3 mL,取血清进行弓形虫循环抗原(CAg)及弓形虫抗体IgM、IgG的定性检测,统计阳性例数,进行统计分析,做脑出血组与对照组、健康人群的比较.结果脑出血组弓形虫CAg阳性率为23.26%(10/43),对照组弓形虫CAg阳性率为7.84%(4/51),两组间有显著差异(χ2=4.39,P<0.05).脑出血组弓形虫抗体IgM阳性率为18.60%(8/43),对照组弓形虫抗体阳性率为5.88%(3/51),两组间有显著差异(χ2=3.86,P<0.05).脑出血组弓形虫抗体IgG阳性率为34.88%(15/43),对照组弓形虫抗体阳性率为15.69%(8/51),两组间有显著差异(χ2=4.64,P<0.05).脑出血组男女患者间弓形虫CAg、IgM、IgG阳性率无显著差异.中青年脑出血患者弓形虫CAg、IgM阳性率明显高于老年患者.结论弓形虫感染与脑出血存在相关性,弓形虫感染可能是脑出血的病因之一.
