Abstract: The therapeutic approaches for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC)patients with solitary bone metastases include surgery,radiotherapy,chemotherapy and so on.Recently,molecular targeted therapy such as the Denosumab has become a new option.Though there are so many options,the outcomes of the NSCLC with bone metastases are not so good.But for those with solitary bone metastases,radical treatment is necessary to improve the survival time and prognosis.
