Abstract: MicroRNAs (miRNA)play an important role in a variety of cellular biology processes,and participate in the occurrence and development of a variety of diseases including hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).In recent years,miR-32 has been shown to be aberrantly expressed in many tumor tissues.miR-32 is up-regulated in HCC and plays an oncogene role in regulating the cell cycle,apoptosis,invasion,metastasis and so on.MiR-32 maybe a potential target for HCC therapy.
