Abstract: The traffic link between "Xi" and "Yong" has an important position in the transportation history of the Qin Dynasty. This transport line is of great signiifcance for the founding, rise and uniifcation of Qin. First Emperor of Qin had the ifrst inspection tour after absorbing the other kingdoms, and should have followed this section of the line. The Xi-Yong route was still highly valued in the Han Dynasty. This road, in fact, was also part of the Silk Road connecting Guanzhong Plain and the Western Regions.
