Abstract: The aim of the research was to investigate the long-term effect of zirconium dioxide all ceramic crown.120 patients with anterior tooth defect in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2015 were divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table method. The patients in the experimental group were treated with zirconium dioxide all ceramic crowns, and the control group were treated with metal porcelain crowns. Clinical efficacy of two groups of patients after six months and three years were evaluated, and the evaluation indexes included the marginal fit,the anatomical shape, the fracture and color, the color of the gingival margin and the condition of the gum. We compared the repair success rates of two groups of patients after six months and three years. After half a year, the color and gum status of the patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(p<0.05). After three years, the color, repair body fracture and gum status of the patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(p<0.05). The repair success rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(p<0.05) in the three year after the repair. The zirconium dioxide all ceramic crowns was used to repair the patients with anterior teeth injury. The effect was accurate and durable, the long-term success rate was high. It was worthy of clinical promotion.
