Research on the Human Resources Management Performance Audit Evaluation Model of the Grassroots Central Banks

Abstract: Combined with the mandates and business characteristics of the grassroots central banks, the paper uses the core idea of analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to build the performance audit evaluation model of human resources management of the grassroots central banks from three levels, namely economy, efficiency, and effectiveness. At the same time, the quality of human resources management level is evaluated objectively by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The paper makes the comprehensive evaluation on the overall situation of the performance management of human resources of a municipal sub-branch of PBC in order to verify the model’s science and feasibility, and then puts forward policy recommendations to enhance the level of human resources management of the grassroots central banks.
