Abstract: Given class playing “mobile phone” behavior bringing the problem for the college classroom teaching and student management, the paper attempts to explore the behind power from the angle of economics. It founds that the weak supply of absence of system and the poor self-control give way to the supply of the handset popularization and coverage; the weak demand for boring teaching gives way to the strong demand of communication, knowledge, entertainment and work. Such strong contrasts contribute to playing “mobile phone” behaviors. To correct this behavior, it is necessary to change the supply and demand on the strength of the contrast, look for ways to bring the spirit of “absence” into “covering”, “weakness” into “strongness”, or “strongness” factors“weakness”, in order to limit or transfer student’ s enthusiasm for smart phones to return to classroom teaching.
