Abstract: Objective:To investigate the effects of multidisciplinary pulmonary rehabilitation nursing intervention on lung function, quality of life and acute exacerbation of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease ( COPD) . Methods:Divided 122 patients with COPD admitted to our hospital from Feb-ruary 2014 to February 2015 randomly into intervention group with 62 cases and control group with 60 cases. In the intervention group, multidisciplinary pulmonary rehabilitation comprehensive nursing was adopted, while the control group received routine nursing. After 1 year, the 6-min walk test distance (6MWT), the number of acute exacerbations, the symptom scores, functional scores and mental status scores were compared between the two groups. Re-sults: After 1 year, there was no significant difference in CCQ symptom scores, functional scores and mental status scores between the two groups (P>0. 05). The 6MWT in the intervention group was better than that in the control group (P<0. 05). The number of acute exacerbations in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion:Multidisciplinary pulmonary rehabilitation comprehensive nursing intervention can signifi-cantly reduce the number of acute exacerbations and improve pulmonary function in patients with COPD, but there is no significant difference in symptom scores, functional scores and mental status scores between the two groups. More cohort studies are needed to assess the improvement of lung function and quality of life in COPD patients with multidisciplinary care.
