Abstract: 企业为了扩大产品的市场占有率,通常会采取赊销的营销策略.赊销在带来销售增加的同时,也会使企业应收账款增加,应收账款管理不善,会对企业的现金流造成影响,导致企业资金周转出现困难,甚至出现财务危机.本文以无锡XJ公司为例,对其应收账款的规模、周转情况、账龄等进行分析,指出该公司在应收账款管理方面存在的一些问题,对XJ公司应收账款的管理提出了相关建议.
