Abstract: 目的 探讨案例教学法对小儿腹泻中西医结合教学中学生考核成绩的影响.方法 选取2013级5年制中西医临床医学专业本科1班和2班各30名学生作为研究对象,采用掷硬币方式分组,1班采用传统教学作为对照组,2班采用案例教学法作为观察组.由儿科系其他任课老师结合课本知识点及临床案例设计考核试卷评估考核成绩,发放自拟教学方法评价量袁了解学生对教学方法的态度.结果 观察组理论成绩、案例分析及总分均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组支持该授课形式、掌握中西医治疗方案、活跃课堂气氛、激发学习兴趣、提高解决问题能力的评价分值明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 案例教学法能提高小儿腹泻中西医结合教学质量,受到师生普遍认可.
