Model modification of single-component gas spontaneous nucleation rate

Abstract: 单组分气体自发凝结成核率预测模型中,内部一致经典成核理论(ICCT)因其较好的准确度得到了较为广泛的关注,但该模型仍存在未考虑真实气体效应及液滴曲率半径对表面张力影响的缺点.鉴于此,从两方面对ICCT模型进行了改进与修正,并与水、重水、醇类(正丙醇、正丁醇)、烃类(正庚烷、正辛烷)等成核率实验数据进行对比,以验证模型的准确性.研究结果表明:同时考虑真实气体效应及液滴曲率半径对表面张力影响时,水及重水修正模型计算结果比ICCT模型更好,但醇类、烃类等气体计算结果反而不如ICCT模型,预测效果较差,认为产生此现象的原因是Benson&Shuttleworth(BS)表面张力模型的不准确性;仅考虑真实气体效应的修正模型对各类介质的计算结果均取得了比ICCT模型更好的预测结果,推荐在成核率计算时使用此模型.
