Abstract: The industrial structure adjustment and optimization and upgrading of the current economic development is an important direction. With the adjustment of industrial structure, to solve the problem of enterprise staff reorientation is an important problem faced by enterprises, related to the development of enterprises and social problems. Based on the analysis of current situation of adjustment of industrial structure, enterprises need to solve staff reorientation problem, basic characteristics and the reorientation of workers to resolve the current measures, to put forward ways and methods to solve the problem of enterprise employees transfer, providing a reference for solving the current problems faced by the business reorientation of workers.
