Abstract: Xibaipo is one of the sacred places of revolution. Since the foundation of PRC,it has attracted attention and been studied from all walks of life,and hence an extensive literature has been created. With a digital literature integration platform---Super Star discovery system,we will have a big data statistical analysis of newspapers,magazines,books,conference papers and academic dissertations etc.,and have an academic analysis of the distributions of related subjects,authors, institutions,regions and funds since the foundation of PRC. The paper summarizes the remarkable features of Xibaipo studies in research process,content,literature and research team distribution. Some measures should be taken to promote the further development of Xibaipo research,such as adopting collaborative innovation,setting up a specialized research team,speeding up theoretical achievement transformation,and founding a research literature database etc.
