Abstract: Objective:To compare the effect of the application of porcelain laminate veneer and all ceramic crowns in anterior teeth restoration.Methods:We repaired anterior teeth of 87 porcelain laminate veneer and 112 all ceramic crown,the cases were evaluated in the aspects of the repair of the damaged condition,the coordination of color,the sensitivity of the edge,the health of the gums and the satisfaction of the patients.Results:Porcelain laminate veneer group had less than 3% of the restoration of the body off,and all ceramic crowns had about 1% of the shedding rate.After the restoration of porcelain laminate veneer,the loss rate was close to 1%.All ceramic crowns had better repair effect on severe discoloration teeth.Conclusion:To master the adaptation of the anterior teeth,ensure that the restoration of the body to obtain the best aesthetic,functional and life are the guarantee of the esthetic restoration of the anterior teeth.
