Abstract: Using the seedlings sprouting in the year of Parakmeria lotungensis as test materials,then transplanted them on 5 kinds of different base container mediums,to research theirs survival rates,plant heights ground diameters and chlorophyll contents. The results showed that theirs survival rates,plant heights and ground diameters on different base container mediums had significant difference. The survival rates of used loess: peat: perlite( 4 ∶ 2 ∶ 1) as mediums was the highest in 98%,but the survival rates of used the peat mediums was the lowest in 65%; The plant heights,ground diameters and chlorophyll contents used loess: peat soil: perlite: phosphate( 8 ∶ 4 ∶ 2 ∶ 1) as the medium was the highest in 5 kinds of mediums.
