Abstract: 〔Abstract〕 This research is an innovative thinking on the function and value of the library under the background of data technology revolution. Expanding and deepening the library knowledge management and service function, providing effective service which is deeply embedded in knowledge innovation process to support knowledge application and creation, realizing the value of maintaining knowledge innovation is the requirement for the library to surpass its own model, mechanism and function under the data technology revolution. On the basis of the summary on the library development trend under data technology revolution, we give a deeply thinking about the relationship between the library and knowledge innovation, deifne the value of the library knowledge innovation, analyze the library knowledge innovation process, construct a knowledge innovation incubation model using data thinking and system theory from the perspective of knowledge management ,which integrates the knowledge content, application environment and application experience .The mechanism can fully promote the value of the library as a shared space for the transformation and exchange of subjective and objective knowledge ,meet the demand for the high inlfuence“weak information”and“strategic reading”in knowledge innovation process, support the knowledge application and knowledge innovation service effectively, and realize the value of the maintenance of knowledge innovation.
