Abstract: Recent studies show that some long non-coding RNA (lncRNA)is specifically expressed in leukemia with mixed lineage leukemia (MLL)-rearranged,BCR-ABL,promyelocytic leukemia-retinoic acid receptor α(PML-RARα),and acute myeloid leukemia 1 (AML1 )-ETO fusion gene, which is closely related to the occurrence, development and prognosis of leukemia.Specifically expressed lncRNA may provide new strategies for the diagnosis and treatment, which may provide a guidance for clinical prognosis of leukemia.
