Abstract: This paper is intended to describe the main features of the humanitarian aid exercises on RIMPAC -2016. There′re some proposals to be put forward based on the reflection of Chinese humanitarian aid exercises , such as exploiting the advantages of military aid and strengthening military and civilian integration popularizing helicopter transportation and establishing the stereoscopic emergency system , implementing stepped care and classification diagnosis and treatment , regulating the exercise process and improving the standard of treatment , setting up medical supply depots and prefabricating emergency relief supplies.
