Abstract: Aiming at the damages and failures of tension wheel bearing of a milling machine,we analyze tension wheel structure and bearing lubrication.The results show that there are defects in the design of the lubrication passage of the tension wheel bearing,and the selection of grease is unreasonable.Based on information above,the solution is proposed,and the problem is solved.
