Abstract: Objective To study the clinical effect and safety of unstable angina pectoris treated by diltiazem. Methods Random selection Lottery October 2013 and October 2015, 10 months in our hospital from 86 patients with unstable type of angina pectoris patients were randomly divided into study group and control group with 43 cases in each, in conventional antianginal therapy, study group and diltiazem, compared two groups of clinical curative effect, angina episodes, duration and adverse reactions. Results Study Group clinical total improvement rate was 95.3%, 74.4% of the control group significantly higher(P < 0.05); two groups before treatment of angina pectoris of daily episodes, duration had no significant difference(P > 0.05), after treatment in two groups were improved(P < 0.05), and research study group improved more exact(P <0.05); two groups had no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion Unstable angina pectoris curative effect of diltiazem, significantly improve the symptoms of angina pectoris, good safety.
