Abstract: Objective To investigate the infection and antimicrobial resistance changes of Ureaplasma urealyticum( Uu) and Mycoplasma hominis( Mh) in patients with urogenital infections in Daqing from 2011 to 2015. Methods A total of 6 851 specimens were collected from the patients who were suspected of urogenital tract infection for drug resistance test with Mycoplasma identification kit. Results Mycoplasma was identified in 3 559( 51. 9%) of the 6 851 specimens. Uu alone,Mh alone and Uu plus Mh mixed infections were found respectively in 2 531( 36. 9%),137( 2. 0%) and 891( 13. 0%). The detection rate of Uu complicated with Mh infection reduced from 28. 8% in 2011 to 4. 2% in 2015; the detection rate of Uu infection alone increased from 33. 1% in 2011 to 37. 3% in 2015; the detection rate of Mh infection alone had always been low. Conclusion The urogenital tract infection caused by Mycoplasma is predominantly due to Uu. Minocycline,Doxycycline and Josamycin should be recommended for clinical treatment of such infections.
