Abstract: A new machine(Visco Meter Analyzer) to test the viscosity of rubber was introduced in this paper. VMA can quickly complete the test of viscosity of the rubber within 60 s which can help to judge the rubber’s processability. Also VMA can test the expansion ratio of rubber extruding from the extruder which can help to design the extruder die. VMA have a professional software, and it shows the data constantly and makes a test report automatically. VMA can be used in all kinds of rubber industry.
