Abstract: In order to explore the effects of FSP process parameters on the microstructure, thermal stability and oxidation resistance of modified aluminum alloy, five tests with different FSP process parameters were used to prepare the modified aluminum-matrix storage alloy, and then the microstructure, thermal stability and oxidation resistance properties were analyzed. The results show that with the increase of rotational speed from 400 r/min to 1200 r/min or the increase of feed speed from 30 mm/min to 150 mm/min,the average grain size of FSP modified aluminum matrix storage alloys first decreases and then increases, thermal stability and oxidation resistance properties first increase and then decrease. The optimized rotation speed and feed speed are 800 r/min and 90 mm/min,respectively.
