Abstract: The titler discussed the preparation of nitrocellulose emulsion coating, Standard test methods and equipment used in the coatings industry in force. Waterborne NC emulsion and the properties of IPN NC emulsion modified by acrylate were analyzed by FTIR, TEM, X-ray etc. The NC emulsion modified by acrylic monomers may generated an interpenetrating polymer network structure which combines the excellent properties of PA(Poly Acrylate) and NC, The IPN NC emulsion component will meet the needs of wood coatings, leather, plastics and other products and has extensive developmental prospect in the coatings industry.
