Abstract: Objective For oral and maxillofacial surgery tumors surgery anesthesia diffi cult airway. management methods are discussed. Methods Select our hospital from January 2013 to November 2014, 94 cases of maxillofacial surgery patients as the research object, to strengthen the airway management in patients with anesthesia difficult, observe the management effect. Results Patients with difficult airway 17 cases, according to the cause and the diffi culty of the 12 patients line table linen joint pain relievers nasal tracheotomy. 1 case with the second day after surgery in patients with nasal catheter due to shortness of breath, will find phlegm obstruction catheter after catheter removal, the corresponding processing. The rest of the patients with postoperative extubation 1~3 days. Conclusion For patients with oral and maxillofacial surgery tumors surgery anesthesia difficult according to the cause and the degree of difficulty is different, choose the appropriate technology and intubation anesthesia method, which can effectively improve the safety of operation, is worthy of reference for clinical promotion.
