Abstract: The Au nanoparticles(NPs) were green synthesized by simple process, mild conditions and environment friendly. Au NPs was prepared by sucrose as reduce agent hydrolysis. Au NPs were characterized using the ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer(UV-Vis), transmission electron microscope(TEM) and energy dispersive X-Ray spectroscopy(EDX). Effects of the hydrolysis time, the reaction time and the adding quantity of chloroauric acid on optical properties of Au NPs were investigated. The optimal hydrolysis time was 20 min, and the surface plasma resonance(SPR) peak of Au NPs were increased with the increase of the reaction time and the adding quantity of chloroauric acid.
