Abstract: summarize care points about CIK intravenous injection for hematological malignancy patients. Methods:gather 60 ml peripheral blood of patient through sterile operation,isolate and culture14- 21 d,obtain 100 ml CIK suspension. Treat 128 cases of hematological malignancy patients with CIK,observe the poor reactions and nursing effectively. Results: after CIK treatment,the quality of patients’ life have different degree of improvement. During and after the treatment,the patients don’t have any obvious poor reaction,all of them finish the treatment successfully,and achieve the desired effect. Conclusion: CIK intravenous injection is a new method for cancer,it is safe and have certain effect,nurses should do nursing carefully to avoid or alleviate the side effect. Ensure to complete the treatment successfully,make patients obtain the best effect.
