Abstract: in this paper,protection relay,communication system and monitoring instrument is combined to complete a set of complete and real-time environmental safety monitoring system. Related information provided by the relay,through the optical fiber transmission to the screen,so that the relay room and the surrounding can be monitored and the picture captured by monitor.
