Abstract: "Internet + price hearing" is a pattern for government to take a full use of internet platform to solicit opinion in adjusting service price of the relevant affairs closely concerned with the daily life and give feedback. This novel price hearing pattern is beneficial to overcome the inherent defect of traditional price hearing, enlarge price hearing scale, save price hearing cost, increase the flexibility of price hearing and level up the transparency of price hearing. The whole design for operation mechanism of "internet + price hearing" can be operated into the three stages of preparation, ongoing and decision making and feedback of price hearing, and the problem to be solved and programming in each stage are different.
