Abstract: Objective:To investigate staff satisfaction and explore influence factors in an university affiliated hospital.In order to complete rules and regulations,optimize management,and improve staff satisfaction.Methods:By anonymous questionnaires,investigation was carried out among 1183 staff of the university affiliated hospital.Data was analyzed by SPSS 20.0,and the level of satisfaction was tested by T-test and Analysis of Variance.Results:Total scores of staff satisfaction were 94.04±19.30.From high to low,the scores of teamwork and communication,working environment,identity and belonging,management measures,welfare benefits and development prospects,working and living condition were4.09±0.81,3.86±0.97,3.81±0.96,3.75±0.94,3.67±0.95,3.35±0.72.Staff satisfaction was different in ages,working time in medical industry,post sequence,employment forms,and the differences were statistically significant(p<0.05).Satisfaction was lowest among staff over 40,working long time,doctors,unofficial employees.Conclusion:It was essential to carry out staff satisfaction survey persistently and pay attention to individual needs.According to this investigation,rules and regulations should be improved,and management should be optimized,so as to promote normal development.
