Abstract: 大田和盆栽试验系统研究发现,光照强度影响银杏叶片的生长发育、黄酮和内酯含量以及光合速率和苯丙氨酸解氨酶活性的大小.密植采叶银杏园群体内光照条件随着密度的增加和叶幕层高度的降低而急剧衰减.各叶幕层叶片的重量、长度、宽度和厚度随着光照条件的改善而增大.群体内各叶幕层相对光照强度与相对应的叶片形态指标显著相关.人为遮荫处理后叶片黄酮和内酯含量发生变化,且二者的变化趋势相似.在一定光照范围内存在一最适光照强度,高于或低于这一光强,叶片的黄酮含量和内酯含量降低.苯丙氨酸解氨酶作为次生代谢类物质黄酮合成的关键酶,其活性随光照强度的下降而下降,二者之间相关性显著.苯丙氨酸解氨酶活性与黄酮含量相关性不强.
