Abstract: This paper uses the entropy method to cluster analyze and establish the evaluation index system of high-tech industry knowledge base from China’ s high-tech industry innovation law, and classify the industry knowl-edge base affecting China’ s industrial innovation and development of the high technology industry. It also analy-zes the role and impact of each group of variables, further exploring the mechanism of each variable of industrial knowledge base toward the innovation and development of the high-tech industry.
