Exploration and Consideration for Developing Student’ Evaluation in Universities

Abstract: Student evaluation model has an influence on the implementation of the educational objectives, which not only affects the development of students, but also affects the school level and the direction of development, quality of personnel training. The definition of the concept of developing student evaluation in universities was investigated and the current situation and problems of student evaluation model in China, were analyzed from the aspects of content, process and function, and the strategies and methods to promote the developing evaluation in universities were finally discussed. It was pointed out that universities should strengthen the understanding, research and application for developing student’ evaluation, and establish a sound talent evaluation mechanism.
