Abstract: 采用TIG焊焊接316L钢,研究了在不同的热输入(10.5,15.3,23.4 k J/cm)下,试样焊接热影响区在550℃液态Pb Bi高速流中腐蚀1 000 h后的腐蚀行为。研究表明,试样表面发生了氧化腐蚀,在表面形成了双氧化层,Pb Bi合金只在外氧化层发生了渗透。焊接热输入越大,内氧化层生长越不均匀,内外氧化层厚度越大。较大的热输入使内氧化层出现了晶间裂纹,降低了内氧化层间的结合力。在小热输入下,热影响区形成了连续均匀的内氧化层,减缓了Fe与O的扩散,提高了耐蚀性。
