Abstract: Objective: To investigate the body related indexes of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer patients with perioperative including metabolic indexes and digestive enzymes. Methods: A total of 70 patients with gastric cancer during January 2014 to November 2015 were divided into two groups by the method of random number table,35 patients with gastric cancer in control group were treated with open radical operation,35 patients with gastric cancer in observation group were treated with laparoscopic radical operation, then the preoperative and different postoperative time proteometabolism and digestive enzymes related indexes of two groups were detected and controlled. Results: The differences of detection result’s statistical items of two groups before the operation were note obvious, all P > 0. 05,while the proteometabolism related indexes of observation group at first, third, seventh and fourteenth day after the operation were all higher than those of control group, the digestive enzymes related indexes were all better than those of control group too,all P < 0. 05. Conclusions: The fluctuation of laparoscopic radical operation for the metabolic indexes and digestive enzymes of patients during the perioperative period are relatively smaller, and the postoperative recovery of patients is more.
