Abstract: Objective To analyze special funds investment in occupational health in petroleum enterprise, to discuss developing occupational health prevention in Karamay, Xinjiang. Methods Questionnaire survey was carried out to get data,and fund investment was added up. Results Total special investment in occupational health was 821.004 5 million yuan in recent three years, including funds for publicity and education training(42.83%), hazard monitoring and physical examination(26.04%), individual labor insurance premium(24.26%), protection facilities operation and maintenance(6.87%), without obvious change. Investment in oil and gas industry, finance, and manufacturing corporation decreased in Dushanzi district in 2014, compared with that in 2013, and the investment in residents service, wholesale and retail sales and leasing and business services, the state-owned economy, private economy and sino-foreign joint venture in 2015 reduced obviously than that in 2014, while the others increased. Conclusions Funds investment in occupational health prevention increases year by year, showing that occupational health prevention is emphasized by the enterprise.
