Abstract: Objective To investigate the risk factors of Hainan dengue epidemiology and to analyze its prevention.Methods Hainan January 2012 to December 2015,Hainan Province,10 cases of dengue fever patients as research subjects,and the sex,age,occupation,education level,household income,and social factors in patients were analyzed,and the development of targeted prevention and control measures.Results:The density of Aedes albopictus,imported cases of dengue fever,and from Southeast Asia population are dengue epidemiological risk factor(OR=7.361、9.442、8.081,P<0.05).Conclusion The risk factors of Hainan dengue epidemic is relatively more,Reflected in the associated with imported cases of dengue fever cases and Aedes albopictus larvae density is high and associated with migrant workers return are risk factors,should be based on clinical risk factors to develop control measures.
