Abstract: In view of the present situation that the pollutant emission concentration in the startup boiler flue gas cannot meet the requirements of environmental protection,technical reconstruction of flue gas desulphurization and denitrification was carried out for the startup boiler of the 3#olefin united unit of Sinopec Shanghai Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.The results showed that after technical reconstruction,the concentrations of NOx,SO2 and soot in the flue gas were less than 47.02,0.16 and 1.28 mg/m3 respectively,which met the current emission limit and the special emission limit to be implemented.
