Abstract: Various parts of the pump unit will produce vibration during operation,which causes great harm to the safe operation of the pump.The causes of pump vibration were analyzed,and quality control points were put forward for each procedure such as pump manufacture,assembly and test:ensuring the consistency of machining precision and design precision;ensuring the conformity of pump trial running operating points and designing operating work,ensuring the structure size and accuracy of pump parts;and ensuring the quality of parts assembly and operation of the consistency of their requirements.
