Abstract: 给水工程是城市基础设施的重要组成部分,是保障社会生产和人民生活的重要物质基础.在水资源日益紧缺的今天,国民经济的快速发展、人民生活水平的日益提高促使城市日需水量不断增加,反之,供水管网基础设施老旧、管线发展滞后于城市建设促使水量经营受限,导致漏损率、产销率等矛盾日益突出.本文基于保护水资源和提高供水企业经济效益为目的,以哈尔滨供水集团现有的水力模型为基础,根据区域用水量需求,结合模型计算结果及压力监测点实测数据,对异常管段或阀门及时进行调整,实现优化调度的目标.
