Abstract: After Mukden Incidents ,the League Nation dispatched Lytton Mission to investigate the truth and situation meticulously on spot in Manchuria and other areas for several months .After that ,Lytton mission finished the objective Lytton Report ,and presented it to the League Nation and published it ,which caused widespread influences in the world . However ,the Chinese scholars’ studies on this problem are not sufficient ,and even with some misunderstandings ,it is necessary to correct it based on archives .
