Study on Entrance Air Pretreatment of Air Compressor in Textile Mill

Abstract: 探讨了纺织企业空压机进口空气预处理的必要性、节能性与经济性.通过采用实验测试与理论计算相结合的研究方法,对空压机吸气预处理方案进行对比分析,结果表明:采用机械制冷方式与喷淋室喷淋循环水结合压缩空气处理空压机吸气并不节能;企业应利用低于空压机吸气露点温度的水作为冷源对空气进行干燥降温处理,且混合式换热设备较间壁式换热器优势更明显,同时将成品压缩空气作为气体吸湿剂可使空压机吸气被进一步冷却干燥;采用喷淋室结合压缩空气对空压机入口空气进行干燥降温处理,可使某纺织企业空压机入口干球温度降低18.6℃,含湿量减少6.7g/kg(干空气),空压系统运行能耗降低11.3%,空气预处理初期设备投资费用大约为5.9万元,月平均使用费用为11.7万元,每月可减少运行成本18.12万元,该项投资回报期约为28d,可带来直接经济效益6.42万元/月,节能效益非常可观.
