Association of JWA gene polymorphism with susceptibility to digestive tract tumor

Abstract: Objective:To analyze the relationship between JWA gene polymorphism and susceptibility of digestive tract tumors. Methods:From February 2011 to September 2013,181 patients with non-cancer patients were enrolled in the gen-eral disease group,170 patients with malignant tumors of the digestive tract,200 patients with malignant tumor and 200 normal controls as control group. JWA gene polymorphism Analysis,susceptibility analysis. Results:The-76G / C muta-tion had higher susceptibility,adjusted OR(95℅ CI) = 1. 99(1. 41 ~ 3. 47),and the risk was increased by about 2 times. Conclusion:JWA gene mutation and can increase the susceptibility of gastrointestinal cancer.
