Abstract: There are many layer-paralleled ductile shear structures and nearly north-south structures in pre-Indosinian o-rogenic period and nearly west-east compressive thrusting structures in Indosinian orogenic period existing in Wudang up-lift,southern Qinling mountains. Those different types of structures respectively control the distribution and the minerali-zation enrichment of silver-gold deposits and polymetallic ores which occur in Wudang uplift. Silver-gold deposits and polymetallic ores are controlled by layer-paralleled ductile shear structures distributing as stratified or stratoid;the NS gli-ding nappe structures thickening the layered alteration zone at the top of anticline,and enrich the metallogenic materials;the compressive thrusting structures re-enrich the metallogenic materials. It is suggested that the ore-prospecting in the west edge of Wudang uplift, between meta-volcanic litho formation of lower Wudang litho group and meta-sedimentary litho formation of upper Wudang litho group,and in the layer-paralleled ductile shear zone between Yaolinghe formation and Doushantuo formation should be enforced. And the research on nearly NS structures should be attented.
