Study on the Influence of Compressive Strength Grade of Concrete by Changing the Curing Temperature

Abstract: Proper curing environment is one of the important factors to affect the performance of concrete. The author mainly studies the influence on compressive strength grade of concrete under the changes of standard curing temperature. There are 7 representative concrete proportions designed in order to study the influence of compressive strength of con-crete by the changes of the curing temperature with different water cement ratio,different content of fly ash and other fac-tors. The results show that the small changes of the curing temperature can cause large deviation of concrete compressive strength,especially to the compressive strength before 28 d;the effects of temperature floating are more complicated when water/cement ratio changes and the dosage of fly ash increase or decrease in concrete mix. Therefore,it is very important to control the temperature precisely and smoothly during the curing process for compressive strength;otherwise,it is easy to cause the miscalculation of the concrete strength,so as to cause serious influence on the whole project.
