Abstract: The author analayzes the major issues about the geological conditions and existing problems such as seepage deformation,earthquake liquefaction,bank stability of Haiwei dam in Qingshuihai. After the treatment suggestion aimed at dealing with the soft soil dam foundation problem passing through construction and testing,the treatment suggestion has been evaluated and discussed.
